Processing Times:
Ready-to-Ship Orders: Allow 1-3 days for processing.
Made-to-Order Products: Production requires 2-4 weeks. When item is ready to ship, you'll receive a notification email.
Bespoke Quilts: After design finalization, average completion takes 3-4 weeks, but may take longer due to complexity and size of design.
Shipping Within Canada:
Standard: We use Canada Post's Expedited service, insured with a required signature upon delivery. Deliveries span 3-5 business days from January to October. Please note that potential delays can occur from November to December due to increased postal volume.
Express: An Xpress Post option ensures a guaranteed delivery within 3 days and is available at checkout.
Shipping to the USA:
Standard: Packages are dispatched as Tracked Packages, inclusive of tracking and delivery confirmation, arriving in 6-8 business days.
Express: An Expedited Post option, delivering within 5 business days, is available at checkout.
