    Being a small artisan-run business, we prioritize the quality and integrity of our items. Due to their delicate, premium nature and the shipping costs for sizeable items, we do not accept returns on one-of-a-kind quilts, bespoke quilts, or any made-to-order products.

    For bags, pillows, and table linens labeled as ready-to-ship, we do accept returns within 14 days with receipt of purchase. A full refund will be provided. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

  • Quilts are meant to be loved—enjoy them thoroughly and clean gently.

    • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.

    • Lay flat or hang to dry on a clothesline, balcony, or handrail.

    • Use a steamer for any stubborn fold lines.
